2 types of Gorgonzola from semi-hard cheese store Si Invernizzi and freshly-squeezed milk from cows raised with selected food in Mount Kirishama. This homemade-style gelato is free of added aroma, coloring, and preservatives to bring out its original ingredients.
The rich, creamy and deep taste from 2 variations of Gorgonzola pairs very well with wine.

“HiNa fruit sweets” series is proudly offered by collaboration with chef Hidaka of “Patisserie Cumquat” in Miyazaki, who have made numerous trials to bring out the original flavors of select meyer lemon grown with reduced pesticides at the “Nagatsu Mikan farm” in Nichinan, Miyazaki. The cheese cake’s rich, creamy and deep flavor is brought to you by the smooth and sour meyer lemon sauce and 2 layers of cheese. Meyer lemon sauce will softly fill your mouth.
