A junmai sake using 100% Yamadanishiki rice that is grown by contract farming in Miyazaki. It have a steady depth and well-rounded flavor with a sharp and refreshing after taste. It may be enjoyed cold, room temperature, or warm, so you can change it up depending on your preference, mood, and dish.

Typical unrefined sake, or nigori sake has at least an alcohol content of 15%, but our nigori sake has a low alcohol content of 12%, which allows a fruity and fresh flavor that is light and easy to enjoy. The low alcohol content and refreshing taste pairs well with both Japanese and Western cuisines.
