Original plum wine made with fully-ripened Nanko-ume plum from Nichinan, Miyazaki. Fully-ripened Nanko-ume plum are gathered by hand after they naturally drop off from their tree, and selected one by one.
Our method is the same traditional homemade style—matured with plum, crystal sugar, and authentic honkaku shochu.
