Raw sake made with specially-selected ingredients are stored for over 3 years in our barrel to create this amber-colored aged sake.

Enjoy it with water or hot water, and you’ll see the color turn from amber to pink. Add 3 droplets of lemon juice and mix with a muddler to bring it back to amber.
This is a healthy drink with tons of fiber made with aged shochu and other natural ingredients including wild strawberry yeast. It contains oligosaccharide that will help intestinal regulation.

Made from Koganesengan sweet potato grown in South Kyushu.
We employed “vacuum distillation”, a rare method for potato shochu, to succeed in bringing out a gorgeous yet refreshing flavor.
