Product introduction
Since its founding in 1930, we have brewed black vinegar in an earthenware pot. To make black vinegar, we use "Aya's exquisite waters" selected as one of the 100 Exquisite and Well-Conserved Waters in Japan, and prepare it in a giant pot placed outdoors in a brewery in Aya-cho, Miyazaki. Amino black vinegar is made by combining this black vinegar, shochu (Japanese spirit) lees, and honey for a delightful taste. Enjoy it on the rocks, with shochu, with soda water, or soy milk.
