Authentic sweet potato shochu made with south Kyushu’s sweet potato brewed with white malt using unfiltered method. To bring out the authentic taste and sweetness of the potato, we absolutely forgo machine filtering, and simply remove extra oil by hand. You will find the authentic taste and sweetness of the potator in its refreshing flavor. Enjoy it on the rocks, with water, or hot water (shochu 6:water, hot water 4).
