Miyazaki Dried Bamboo Shoot

Out of many bamboo variations, we dry moso bamboo that is strong in aroma and flavor. Thick and crisp texture is a great addition to nishime (simmered dish), kinpira (cooked burdock and carrot), sushi and stir-fry.
