We are an exclusive dried shiitake mushroom merchant over 40 years in business in the land of the Gods, Takachiho. We have only bought shiitake directly from producers in Takachiho. Takachiho, backed by a rich broadleaf forest, is the most concentrated area in Kyushu with mountain torrents housing masu trouts. Shiitake mushroom grown with great care are sumptuously added to make this curry.
