M Farm Tomato-vegetable Sauce Yuzu citrus Pepper Flavor

Vegetables (carrots, onions, garlic, and log-grown shiitake mushrooms) grown in our group company’s M farm in Miyazaki are slowly stewed with organic tomatoes from Italy. Then we added bonito flakes and seaweed and of course our very own “black garlic” for a rich and tasteful sauce without any meat. A great choice for anyone including vegetarians. Added yuzu citrus pepper creates a flavorful vegetable sauce you’ve never tasted before.
