Miyazaki’s Shiitake Mushroom Kamameshi Pot Rice Mix

We used an abundance of Miyazaki’s dried mushrooms in this pot rice mix. To make the best of real shiitake flavor, we used Miyazaki’s dried shiitake stock and seasoned and packed in the whole shiitake. All you have to do is “mix” with cooked rice. Just right for 2 cups of cooked rice, or 4 bowls.
Made without animal protein, so vegetarians can enjoy them, too.
