Kappa no Sasoi-mizu

Our company is said to be founded in1834, and all of our shochu has been aged in our large hereditary eathenware pot. A wonderful blend of shochu slowly prepared in Kyoya’s large loral pot and shochu made with Miyazaki’s Benikotouki sweet potato made without pesticides and cultivated with organic fertilizers created a mild and deep taste.
The humble “Kappa no Sasoi-mizu” is special for its simplicity and method—it is a perfect drink for any dish.
