The brand, feed, and safety are all cared for with attention.<br \/>\n\u201cMiyazaki Brand Pork\u201d is a collective name for brand-certified pork made in Miyazaki. To be certified, the pork must meet the following detailed criteria:<br \/>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"products-box clearfix\">\n<h3>Deep taste<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1) Record of production history and compliance with feeding sanitary management must be verified, and applicant must be working to improve productivity (improving livestock barn, appropriate feeding).\n<\/li>\n<li>2) Must be raised in Miyazaki, and processed by HACCP or ISO certified methods.\n<\/li>\n<li>3) Must be a breed that contributes to quality improvement, or be a system that can identify its approach to feeding and disease control.\n<\/li>\n<li>4) Its meat and fat quality must be good and graded  \u201cmedium\u201d  or higher by Japan Meat Grading Association.\n<\/li>\n<li>5) Must be sold under a contract deal among producer, seller, and meat processor.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"products-box clearfix\">\n<p>Thoroughly selected feed that decides meat quality<br \/>\n  13 brands (as of March 2017) that have met these criteria are honored with the name \u201cMiyazaki Brand Pork\u201d and are<br \/>\nproudly sold at stores nationwide.
