Hyuganatsu is a local specialty citrus fruit native to Miyazaki, a number one grower of Hyuganatsu in Japan. Miyazaki Hyuganatsu Lager uses Miyazaki-grown Hyuganatsu, a yellow-skinned citrus fruit with a tinge of sourness and great aroma.
An exquisite mix of two aromas—hop and Hyuganatsu—will leave you refreshed down your throat.

Miyazaki is the number four grower in Japan. We used the whole fruit of yuzu to create this fruit ale that is rich in aroma and sourness. The blend of Miyazaki-grown barley and pilsner malt, along with mixed bitterness of hop and yuzu makes this beer burst with fresh fruit that will tickle your nasal cavity.
It is mildly bitter for a light refreshing taste.
