Osuzu Budou Grape

Using our 100-year-old patrimonial skills, Japan’s first spirit brewed from “grape and rice malt” was born. This spirit uses rice malt made with rice grown in Kyushu, and Osuzu budou (Campbell Early) grown in Kawaminami and Tsuno towns in central Miyazaki. The touch of sweetness will softly roll on your tongue. It is an alluring taste that slightly breathes an unique aroma of ripened grapes.

Piment Vegetable Shochu
Product introduction
This is a vegetable shochu made with bell peppers, one of Miyazaki’s signature local produce. Calculated by weight, this shochu uses about 10 bell peppers in a bottle. A fresh-tasting, less lingering shochu with the aroma of fully-ripened bell peppers and unique spicy sweetness. Piment is Spanish for bell peppers. Enjoy it on the rocks, or with water.
