Miyazaki’s unskinned burdock root is far-infrared roasted and blended with Chinese caterpillar fungus chips to make this burdock tea. Chinese caterpillar fungus helps create a rounded taste, and the combined effects of burdock and Chinese caterpillar fungus promotes a healthy digestive system.

Chinese caterpillar fungus has long been a much prized ingredient for Chinese herb and herbal dishes. This product uses caterpillar fungus artificially grown in Miyazaki’s rich natural environment that is dried and powdered into 1g sticks. You can consume it as is, mix it in miso soup, natto (fermented beans), yogurt, or other drinks.

Chinese caterpillar fungus is used to create coarse bancha tea. This is a very aromatic tea that uses organic aged three-year tea from Gokase, Miyazaki. Our earth-friendly tea bags are ”biodegradable filter made from corn”.
